Passionate about discovering life

Jorge has dedicated his life to meditation, Seva (selfless service), coaching and personal work since 2017. In fact, he had a call for spirituality many years before, but as most of us; he didn´t stop to knowledge and act on it till some time past. Moment when he decided to live in a retreat center, focuses inward and start his practice on Vipassana; which it continues till nowadays.

His life is his training, and on top of all official courses, he uses any opportunity to learn and grow about how deeper self, so he can share with others. He got to understand that the more you quite your mind and the more you expand your consciousness, the better capacity you will get to deal with your emotions ad to transform them.

He got to combined in a very personal and delicated way all teaching he has gone through. Creating a smooth and effective blend of vipassana, coaching and many tools he gathered in his way, which you can read below.
